Given below are details of package and itinerary for 2 nights / 3 days for company offsites, corporate groups, leisure incentive team outings at Parkwoods, Shoghi – a forested hill resort with all hotel facilities near Shimla in Himachal Pradesh.

Parkwoods Shoghi is a popular destination for group outings and corporate offsites. This resort is extremely enjoyable for corporate team outings with picnic lunches, forest treks, bonfires, barbecues, night treks, DJ evenings or a guitarist with vocalist.
The adventurous can partake in many activities within the verdant Parkwoods Campus: Rappelling, rock climbing, valley crossing, burma bridge, commando net, spider web.

Inventory: 26 Rooms - Deluxe Cottages and Swiss Tents. Can accommodate 52 adults on twin sharing and 78 adults on triple sharing.

Suggested Itinerary

Day 01:

Arrival at Parkwoods, Shoghi by 2 P.M. in the afternoon.

Lunch at leisure.

After lunch, an adrenalin rush for the intrepid with rock climbing OR rappelling on a natural rock face under the guidance of our certified instructors and safety equipment.

Later, enjoy an informal game of volleyball / cricket OR pit your strength at Tug-of-War / Kabbadi.
Or you can even laze around in the hammocks enjoying the scenic beauty amidst the chirping of birds, swaying pine trees and the mountains beyond. Basically, learn the art of doing nothing !

As the sun moves towards the horizon walk up to "Westend" at Parkwoods and enjoy hot evening tea and cookies while watching the mesmerizing sunset.

After sunset and evening tea take a 2-3 hour guided night trek. With flashlights, catseyes, and an indomitable spirit, explore the paths through the forested undergrowth – the dark shadows, night sounds of the jungle, the suspense of the unknown at the next bend – makes it a lifetime experience! 

Back at the Resort a crackling bonfire and a delicious barbecue would await you. Sitting around, bonhomie spreads as you debate who were the fearless tigers and who were the scaredy rabbits! Soft songs under the star spangled sky make it a perfect end to the day.
Dance to recorded music.

Dinner.    
 

Day 02: 
Wake up at leisure and enjoy your morning tea imbibing the pine scented mountain air.

Breakfast at leisure.

After breakfast enjoy adventure activities at the obstacle course, challenging yourself on the tyre web, burma bridge,rope ladder, tree bridge, commando net, commando rope walk, catwalk, spider web etc.

By 12 Noon, don your trekking shoes, caps and designer shades as you hike through shaded forest trails to a nearby hilltop meadow. The more adventurous carry on with a guide for an hours round trek while the rest relax at the meadow.
At the meadow a picnic lunch awaits you with stewards in attendance.
(Instead of the forest hike / trek and picnic lunch you can opt for a sightseeing excursion at extra cost to nearby Shimla, Kufri, Tara Devi Temple, Gambhar River Tributary.)

Return to Parkwoods by sunset for evening tea and cookies.

As dusk settles, and the stars start twinkling, enjoy your favorite sundowner by the bonfire and onsite barbecue under the starlit sky.
Dance to recorded music.

Dinner.        
 

Day 03: 
Wake up to the chirping of the birds and enjoy your morning tea. 

Take a nature walk amongst the Himalayan flora & fauna in the surrounding pine forest along our marked trails. Here you get to see a lot birdlife – woodpeckers, magpie, khaleej and many more.

Return to the resort for a sumptuousbreakfast at the machaan or the open air cafe'.
